Updates...

So I put away a few things yesterday and put out like three things. Christmas decorating is in full, partial, barely, okay, just swing. Christmas decorating is in swing. I'll finish it all up by the end of the weekend for sure.

I ran some errands this morning and since I was out I stopped by Office Depot to look at planners and picked one up that I think will work really well as a two in one thing. I'm going to do another daily inspiration book this year. Even if the prompts on the Daily Positive one have been really repetitious, it's still been nice to have a moment each day to write a quick sentence or two about something focused on a positive life instead of the miserable news. So this year I've had my planner for my stars and notes, and a notebook to write out the reflections. The planner I picked up actually has spaces on each day with enough room to write out a few sentences there. One book instead of two. I like it. I will have to figure out where I write out my monthly intentions though, just thought of that. Hmmm...

ANYWAY...

I also picked up a pack of cute stickers to use but am still hoping to find something that will translate to brain and heart health a little more clearly so I can use those. We will see, it might just be colored stars again. Which is fine, since I go back to them all the time clearly they work for me.

I'm also currently wearing two different ring sizers for an Oura ring. I'm hoping it is a good motivator like the old Sparkle Dots tracker thing was. The thing it will be missing is being able to see if Chris and Juice have their dots yet and not disappointing them by not collecting mine, but I'm hopeful that it still works. The guide says to get the snugger fit if you are between sizes, but I'm not sure if the snug is too snug. I guess I'll know tomorrow when I try and take it off!

Trying to decide if I start tracking food too. Not for calories, but for composition. Thinking about lifting a little heavier than I have been so I need to make sure I'm getting all of my building blocks in there if I do. The challenge I have is that I can only lift SO heavy since I work out at home, alone. No spotter puts an upper limit on where I can go. I'm still thinking about how to handle that one as well.

So I'm still in the planning 2026 mode and it's moving along pretty well.

Now if you'll excuse me I need to switch the laundry around, make a grocery list and convince myself to decorate some more!
